Paul A. DiGeronimo, President
Paul has over 25 years of retail, commercial, and
residential real estate development and asset management experience. A graduate
of Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management with a Bachelor of
Science degree in marketing and logistics, and a contributing lecturer with a
diploma in Real Estate at Boston University, Paul also serves on a number of area
boards, including the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, the
Girls & Boys Club in North Central Massachusetts, and the Worcester Art
Museum.
Paul is happily married to Katharine, his wife of 12 years, and is an avid sportsman, competing in numerous triathlons throughout New England. He also enjoys skiing, sailing, and scuba diving.

Frank Masciangioli, General Manager
A life-long resident of Leominster, Frank recently retired
as a Lieutenant in the Leominster Fire Department where he spent 35 years
serving the community. His strong management skills are a major asset to
Geronimo Properties, where he has risen from a part-time employee ten years ago
to full-time General Manager. He provides our tenants with not only an in-depth
knowledge of the north central Massachusetts area, but also public safety
experience and building construction knowledge. Frank is married with three
children and a US Navy veteran.

Diane Hubiak, Comptroller
Diane has been with
Geronimo Properties for four years, serving as our Comptroller.
In her spare time, Diane is a photographer and loves to travel - her trips have taken her from photographing polar bears in Canada's Hudson Bay to capturing the full moon rising over Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park. Diane has found time in her busy schedule to also organize care packages for our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Michelle Rattanavong, Leasing and Marketing Manager
Michelle is responsible for handling all
property leasing and marketing activities for Geronimo Properties. When she's
not building close relationships with tenants and helping them succeed,
Michelle is active with the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce, Fitchburg
Business Networking Group, Longsjo Classic Marketing Committee and St. Anthony
School.
Born, raised, and married in Fitchburg, Michelle is the mother of three children and still lives in the community. She loves to read and cook and runs her own event planning business in addition to working for Geronimo Properties.

Patty Vallee, Accounts Payable
Patty works part time in Geronimo Properties' Accounts
Payable department, helping to keep everything running smoothly. As a 12-year
breast cancer survivor, Patty is very active in the Relay for Life. She
enjoys her grandchildren, traveling, creating specialty cakes, and working as a
wedding staff manager.

Nathan Miranda, Landscaping and Maintenance Manager
A lifelong resident of Fitchburg, Nate is our dedicated and hardworking Landscaping and Maintenance Manager. Like all of our employees, Nate believes
in the importance of volunteerism and contributes part of his spare time to his
church. He also enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports with
his friends.
