Twin City Shopping Center Redevelopment
We are beginning our third phase of renovations on the Twin City Shopping Center, Leominster/Fitchburg. New sidewalks, landscaping and LED lighting will be added, and storefront facades will be updated, Twin City Shopping Center is home to national and regional retailers such as Hannaford Supermarkets, Bob’s Store and Buffalo Wild Wings.
All businesses will remain open during construction.

Gourmet Donuts is located at 569 Franklin Street, Fitchburg. Geronimo Properties decided to invest in turning an old gas station into this beautiful dine in/drive through coffee shop.

2&12 Shopping Center is located on route 12 in Leominster, MA which is directly off of route 2 and a very high traffic area. Geronimo Properties decided to invest in this shopping center to be more eye catching and appealing to local traffic and also those who are passing through the area.

Johnny Appleseed Shopping Center has always been a great location for retailers in Leominster, Massachusetts. Geronimo Commercial Properties has invested in updating the appearance of this shopping center, which has created opportunities to invite new business to the area.
