1,800 Square Foot retail development with an already approved drive through thru located at 22 Fitchburg Road in Ayer, Massachusetts to the left of the existing Shop’n Save is to begin construction in the Spring of 2022. We are currently interested in leasing the space to Banks, Pharmacy’s, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, or whatever else would work in this space.
